I grew up loving these. We have found that it is easier to eat a large sandwich like this if you put it in a baggie and hold onto the bottom of the sandwich with the baggie. Simply fold the baggie down as you eat. It's less messy and helps keep all those yummy toppings inside where they belong. -Kirsti

 Gluten Free Hamburger Buns
 2 Strips of Bacon, Cookedcan substitute turkey bacon
 2 Slices Fresh Tomato
 2 Leaved Lettuce
 Scrambled Egg (pre-cooked)
 Mayonaise or Miracle Whip
Optional Ideas...
 Avocado, Mustard, Baby Spinach Leaves, Swiss Cheese, Red Onions, Roasted Turkey, Dill Pickles

Turn oven to broil. Cut the gluten-free bread in half, place the cut side up on a 9x13 sheet pan. Spread butter over each side of the bread. Toast for 30 seconds, or until golden brown. Make sure you watch the bread closely so that you don't burn it.

Top with egg, tomato, bacon, lettuce, and any other favorite ingredients.
