 3 lbs rump roast
 1 cup water
 Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt and pepper
 18 oz bottle gluten-free barbecue sauce
 coleslaw
 6 GF Hamburger Buns

In a large crockpot, place the roast and water. Sprinkle Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt and pepper on top of the roast. Cook on low for 9-12 hours or until roast is easily shredded with a fork.

Shred roast. Mix in barbecue sauce.

Place hamburger buns face up on a cookie sheet. Broil 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.

Place 1/3 cup of beef on a hamburger bun and top with ¼ cup of coleslaw. Cover with the second half of bun. Enjoy! *Check our Products page for suggestions.
