 1 cup Brown Sugar
 ¾ cup Water
 1 dash Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt
 1 lb Baby CarrotsYou can also use regular carrots. Peel them and cut them into 1" chunks.
 2 tbsp Margarine

Combine sugar, water, Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt, and butter in a medium-sized saucepan. Heat over medium heat.

Add carrots. Bring to a boil, then turn down heat and simmer 20-25 minutes or until carrots are tender but not mushy.
