Serve this recipe over lettuce with cantaloupe on the side and it will be a huge success. The first time I tried it I wasn't too fond of it, but for some reason, I kept eating it and eating it and I grew to love it. It's a great salad to take to potlucks or showers, and you can make it the day before. It actually tastes better after sitting in the fridge overnight.
