 1 head romaine lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
 1 chicken breast, cubed and sautéd (or grilled and then cubed)
 ½ lb bacon, cooked and broken into pieces
 2 large tomatoes, diced
 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
 2 stalks celery, washed and diced
 ½ can medium olives, sliced

Mix all ingredients together. Top with your favorite gluten-free dressing! (Try Ranch, Raspberry Vinaigrette, or Italian)
