 7 cups Green Cabbage
 1 cup Red Cabbage
 ½ cup Shredded Carrots
 3 ½ tbsp Vinegar
 ¼ tsp Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt
 1 ¼ cups Mayonaise
 1 dash Pepper

Cut the green and red cabbage into strips. Dump them and the carrots into a medium-sized bowl. In a large measuring cup mix the vinegar, sugar, Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt, and pepper. Add the cabbage mix.

Cover and place in the fridge for at least 45 minutes before serving.
