 ½ chicken breast (optional)
 1 ½ tsp chicken bullion (check labels)
 1 cup milk
 2 tbsp butter or margarine
  tsp salt
 1 dash pepper

Cook chicken breast and then shred or chop finely. Set aside. Dissolve the chicken base in the milk.

Melt butter over medium heat. Stir in Eating Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour, salt, and pepper. Continue stirring over heat until slightly browned.

Add milk. Stir with a whisk (to eliminate lumps) until sauce is thickened and boiling. Add chicken. Remove from heat.

Can be used to replace 1 can of condensed soup in recipes.
