 1 cup Chicken Broth
 ½ cup Milk
 ¼ cup Eating Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
 Salt and Pepper to Taste
 1 Bag Frozen Hash Browns
 1 cup Shredded Cheese
 1 cup Ham, Diced (Optional)
 ½ Sweet Onion, Diced (Optional)

Preheat oven to 350º

Boil chicken broth. Mix milk and Eating Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour together. Whisk milk mix into chicken broth. Boil until thickened.

Remove from heat. Add salt, pepper, and garlic salt to taste. In a big bowl, mix together hash browns, cheese, ham, and onion. Add sauce and mix well.

Pour into a 9 x 13 cake pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
