 4 Avocados, Peeled and Sliced
 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
 ½ Small Onion, diced really small
 Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste

Place avocados in a small bowl and mash them until smooth. Add lime juice, onion, Eating Gluten Free Sea salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Serve with corn chips.
