 1 ½ lbs hamburger
 ½ cup chopped onion
 4 8 oz cans tomato sauce
 2 tsp sugar
 1 tsp Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt
 ½ tsp garlic salt
 ½ tsp pepper
 1 18 oz. box lasagna noodles
 1 cup cottage cheese
 1 8oz. cream cheese
 ¼ cup sour cream
 ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Boil lasagna noodles. Brown meat and onion. Add tomato sauce, sugar, Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt and pepper.

Combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream.

Make three layers starting with a small amount of meat sauce, then noodles then meat sauce, and cheeses, noodles, sauce, cheese, noodles, sauce, cheese. Top with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
