Yields1 Serving
2 ½ lbs Boneless Pork Ribs*You can also use any other boneless pork, but ribs cook faster because they are smaller pieces.
3 tbsp Liquid Smoke (Colgin is GF)
 1 cup Water
1 tsp Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt
1

Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Put the lid on the crockpot. Turn it on high. MAKE SURE IT IS PLUGGED IN. (Do not ask me why I know this.)

Cook on High for 6 to 8 hours. When the pork shreds easily with a fork, it is done.

3

Remove the pork to a large bowl. Shred the meat using two forks. Serve with rice, fresh pineapple, and cheese.
