 2 tbsp Butter or Margarine
 2 tbsp Eating Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour
  tsp Salt
 1 dash of Pepper
 1 cup Milk
 1 cup Velveeta Cheese (Cubed, more if desired is okay)
 1 Package Gluten Free Noodles(we prefer Tinkynada, Notta Pasta, Gluten Free for Life or Home-made)

In a saucepan, melt butter. Stir in Eating Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour, salt, and pepper. Stir until thick. Add milk all at once. Heat and stir until thickened. (A metal whisk is helpful).

Add Velveeta to the white sauce. Stir until melted and combined.

Serve over cooked gluten free noodles.
