 1 lb ground beef
 1 small onion (minced)
 ½ cup gluten free bread crumbs
 1 egg
 2 tbsp milk
 2 tbsp oil
 ¾ tsp sea salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
 ¾ cup ketchup
  cup water
 2 tbsp mustard
 2 tbsp brown sugar
 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

In a large bowl, combine beef, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and egg with a little milk.

Heat oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Form meat mixture into balls and brown in oil.

Remove meatballs and slotted spoon. Drain oil. Add ketchup, water, mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to the pan and bring to boil. Return meatballs to pan and simmer until hot.

Serve over rice.
