Yields1 Serving
 ½ cup Honey
¼ cup Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
2 Garlic Cloves, pressed or diced*Approximately 2 teaspoons of pre-minced garlic
1 Dash of Ground Red (Cayenne) Pepper
 1 tbsp Butter
 1 tbsp Oil
 3 Chicken Breasts, cubed
Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt and Pepper to taste...
1

In a small bowl, combine honey, orange juice concentrate, garlic, and red pepper.
(I usually defrost the O.J. before adding the honey, otherwise, the honey gets too thick to stir.)

2

In a large skillet, melt the butter and oil over medium heat. Add chicken, sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired, and sauté until cooked through.

3

Add orange sauce to the chicken and cook for 3-4 more minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken. Serve over rice.
