 1 tsp Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt
 ½ tsp Black Pepper
 ¼ tsp Paprika
 ½ tsp Poultry Seasoning
 6 Pork Chops
 2 tbsp Butter
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 1 cup Orange Juice

Combine all spices in a small bowl. Sprinkle the spices on both sides of the pork chops.

Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sauté the pork chops for about 5 minutes on each side.

Add the orange juice and continue to cook for 5-10 minutes more, until the pork chops are cooked through and the juice has thickened.

Serve with rice or ROSEMARY POTATOES.
