 8 Medium Sized Red Potatoes
 2 tbsp Olive Oil
 ½ tsp Rosemary
 ½ tsp Dried Parsley Flakes
 ½ tsp Thyme
 Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt to Taste

Cut potatoes into 1" chunks. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with spices. Add Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt to taste. Stir to cover potatoes evenly.

Place potatoes in a 9x13 pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes, or until potatoes are soft. If desired, you may remove the foil for the last 10 minutes of baking.
