 ½ Bunch Cilantro
 1 Medium Onion, Diced
 6 Tomatoes, Diced
 1 lb Cooked Shrimp
 1 ½ cups Ketchup
 Tabasco to Taste
 Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt and Pepper to Taste
 ½ Jalapeño, Diced*To decrease the heat of the jalapeño, carefully remove all the seeds. Wear gloves to keep the oils from touching your skin, and be particularly careful not to let it near your eyes. Or, to avoid all this trouble, use canned diced jalapeños instead.
 ½ Mango, Diced
 1 Avocado, Chopped

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Let sit in fridge for 1-2 hours to chill.

Serve with corn chips.
