 1 lb ground beef
 2 tbsp dried minced onions
 ½ green bell pepper (diced)
 dry mustard
 brown sugar
 23 cans (8 oz) tomato sauce
 Parmesan cheese (optional)

In a large saucepan, brown ground beef with onions. Add green pepper, mustard, brown sugar and tomato sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve hot with grated parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and with GF Bun
