 ½ cup margarine
 1 cup sugar
 3 large eggs
 1 tsp vanilla
 1 (3.4 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding mix*
 1 tsp salt
 3 ½ tsp baking powder
 1 ¼ cups milk

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 x 13 cake pan.

In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and pudding mix.

In a separate bowl combine flour, salt, and baking powder. Alternately add milk and dry ingredients to egg mixture, mixing just until blended after each addition.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.
