I made your meatballs once for a family party and once for a bunko party. At the family party I made a triple batch and served them with rice. . . there was not one single meatball left over.  1 lb ground beef
 1 small onion (minced)
 ½ cup gluten free bread crumbs
 1 egg
 2 tbsp milk
 2 tbsp oil
 ¾ tsp Sea Salt
 ¼ tsp pepper
 ¾ cup ketchup
  cup water
 2 tbsp mustard
 2 tbsp brown sugar
 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
 cranberry relish (optional)

In a large bowl, combine beef, onion, breadcrumbs, Eating Gluten Free Sea Salt, pepper, and egg with a little milk.

Heat oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat. Form meat mixture into balls and brown in oil.

Remove meatballs with a slotted spoon. Drain oil. Add ketchup, water, mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to the pan and bring to boil. Return meatballs to pan and simmer until hot.

Serve over rice.
