 ½ tsp xantham gum
 ¾ cup sugar
 ½ tsp salt
 2 tsp baking powder
 ¾ cup vanilla yogurt
 2 tsp vanilla
 ¼ cup oil
 1 lightly beaten egg

Preheat oven to 350. Grease an 8-inch square pan.

Combine flour, xanthan gum, sugar, salt, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, combine yogurt, vanilla, oil, and egg. Add to dry ingredients. Beat for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan.

Bake 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
